Afternoon
-1 Front Squat Every :30 for 15 Minutes @ 75% 1 RM
*Starting a progression on a few different movements this week. Today was heavy front squats. Plan on doing this progression once a week and increasing weight every session. Afterwards I did a little conditioning.
-5 Rounds for time
10 Wall Climbs
10 Toes to Bar
20 Box Jumps (20"/Open Hips)

Wall climbs are a weakness of mine and in fear of them being in the Open in February I'm going to start programming them once every couple of weeks. I did this workout a little over a year ago and it took me 14 minutes and some change. Happy with today's time!!
Tomorrow is my first day at my new job!! Wish me luck!
