In the morning

-5 Rounds for time
10 Burpee Box Jumps (24"/Games Standard)
30 Double Unders

Time: 6:34

This was the WOD for day 2 of Tony and I's competition.  Completely underestimated this one...It crushed me!

Afternoon

-3 Rounds for time
25 Burpees
50 Kettlebell Swings (53lbs)

Time: 10:50

High rep KB Swings are a weakness of mine so I'm always looking to improve them!  This one was a true gut check type of WOD.  After the 1st round I was ready to call it in!
