Today is the first day of training post my CrossFit Terre Haute era. Woke up feeling a little different this morning. Looking forward to a good weekend and starting my new career on Monday morning.
This morning's training took place in my cold garage. Turned the heater on about an hour before but it didn't seem to matter. As the colder months approach I'll be doing as much as possible in my garage gym, slipping into a class here and there at CrossFit Terre Haute and plan on getting a membership to the 24 hour gym here in Marshall. Many evenings I won't be home until 8 or 9 at night so access to a warm gym late at night with tons of heavy weight will be very beneficial! Once the warmer weather rolls back around I'll be strictly in my garage or CFTH.
Back to the training. Here's what went down this morning.

Tony and I are starting a friendly competition where we rotate days and we program a WOD for that day. I picked today's which was the 6 rounder this morning. Tomorrow I'll be doing some 'On The Minute' Snatch work followed by whatever torture Tony comes up with!
