Monday November 19th

Evening

-Every :30 for 15 Minutes do 1 Push Press @ 78% 1 RM

-Weighted Pull-ups 5x5
*Only used 15lbs on these.  Starting low and going to progress on these weekly!

-10 Minute AMRAP
10 Burpee Box Jumps (24")
15 Thrusters (95lbs)

Score: 4 rds 10 reps

Felt super strong during the strength portion of the training session, but then came the AMRAP.  Got my butt handed to me.  I was in a bad spot for about 15 minutes after this one!  Tomorrow is looking like some deadlifts and a WOD that I programmed for Tony and I!
